Driver requirements
- Valid driver's licence.
- Valid passport at pickup.
Booking is a request
A booking made on this website is a request. We review every request manually and confirm or decline by email or WhatsApp. The booking becomes binding only after our confirmation. If the exact model is unavailable, we may offer a similar vehicle.
Payment
Payment is made at the Holidays Car Rental office in Dahab by cash or card. There is no online payment and no prepayment on the website.
Prices
All rental prices are shown and charged in US dollars ($), per rental day.
Insurance
No insurance is included in the rental price. Insurance can optionally be discussed and arranged separately in person at our office in Dahab.
Technical responsibility
Under normal and proper use, Holidays Car Rental takes responsibility for technical defects related to the engine, suspension/running gear and electronics. This responsibility does not apply to damage caused by misuse, accidents, negligence, off-road driving, reckless driving or other abnormal use.
Pickup and return
Vehicles are collected and returned at our office in Dahab. We do not deliver vehicles to hotels, apartments or the airport. Airport pickup can be arranged separately by taxi via WhatsApp; the taxi is not part of the car rental.
Fuel
Cars are provided with an agreed fuel level and should be returned at the same level. Otherwise the difference is charged at market fuel prices.
Mileage
Every rental includes unlimited kilometres.
Short-term rentals
Online booking is day-based. Short-term rentals such as 8 or 12 hours may be available — contact us on WhatsApp for availability and pricing.
These terms are for information. The signed rental agreement at pickup is the binding document.
